Welcome to my first ever blog post. I have decided to make this post about you and how important it is to love yourself.
Always remember you are the inventor of your world and life path. It's fantastic to be inspired by others, however it is worth remembering you also provide inspiration to others. Self-love is being involved in a system, which creates positive change in awareness and living. It is a must that we correspond within our self to initiate change. To inspire change we must feel important to others and most notably, ourselves. It is about listening to your needs and placing it into action without delay. This fuels your self esteem and awareness of YOU. This also assures our spirit guides we support ourselves and have belief in our decisions. We need to be able to manage ourselves emotionally with comfort. Most people today have enormous self doubt. Often we don't believe in ourselves or in the decisions we need to make in life and are often conditioned to leave things to another time or to wait and see if things improve. We are also taught, at times, that others will know better, which says, "I don't trust myself". We live in such a modern world. We have so much information going on in our minds, is it any wonder we feel overloaded or blocked. In reality, we want to act in the moment as it reassures us we believe and trust in who we are. As a society, we need to change many things about how we live our lives and learn to be kinder to ourselves. Positive results and outcomes in life are our proof we are seen and heard in life's journey. As we become confident with our choices we grow and align ourselves better each time. Having a positive love of the self creates many positive changes, allowing a better flow in life, which then expands into our personal relationships and how we treat and wish to be treated by others. I'm going to finish this post with a quote by Nathaniel Branden, which I believe shows us the importance of having a good dose of self love. "There is overwhelming evidence that the higher the level of self esteem, the more likely one will be to treat others with respect, kindness and generosity "
