Partnerships flow in and out of our lives. They can also last a lifetime. For example, we partner ‘money’ for life in the hope it will give movement, choice and freedom to explore new horizons. The ability to achieve is a drive. We have it within us to create new and more relevant experiences. To do this we partner our self in ‘choice’, a mentality that aligns with manifestation. However, partnerships we have with the right people in life allow us to flourish, grow and never feel alone. These special people may be family, for others they can be friends, colleagues and romantic partners. There are many choices we partner in life, which can rule our lives. Either consciously or sub consciously, for better or worse. We are often ruled by the subconscious rather than by the conscious and we partner choices based on the opinions of others, social media and society at large. Partnerships, whether they are business or personal are generally strengthened by our own self-awareness. Therefore, one of our most precious partnerships is to our higher self. We call this unity, being complete, centred. What makes a great partnership to you? I would love to hear your thoughts. "The best partnerships aren’t dependent on a mere common goal but on a shared path of equality, desire and no small amount of passion". ~ Sarah MacLean

Manifesting is using your thought process to project your wishes and dreams to the universe.
Manifestation is active in all areas of life and can be a strong influence in healing yourself and others. This becomes active when you project a thought forward to see a person ‘well’ again. Spiritually it is fantastic for the heart, it is seen as nourishment. Many things can be gained by manifesting including · New car · Furniture · Increased wealth · New career opportunities · New friends Manifestation also plays a very important role in our own behaviour We can change anything for the better when we recognise what we would like to change about ourselves. However, when it comes to manifesting positivity is the key. If you project negativity that is what you will receive. Have you ever thought you were going to have a bad day and it turned out to be just that? Use the positive power of your mind to manifest your dreams. Here are some tips: · Write your dreams on paper then place a clear quartz crystal on top · Meditation · Prayer · Affirmations · Be mindful of the thoughts you project These are just some ideas. Practice whatever works for you. Being too serious limits the process so have fun and let your dreams and desires run free. What is mindfulness? How can it help our lives? Mindfulness is defined as a mental state achieved by focusing your awareness on the present moment, while acknowledging and accepting your feelings, thoughts and physical sensations. Mindfulness has its origins in ancient Buddhist meditation practices and has grown in popularity in recent years as a therapeutic technique in western psychology. However, our modern lives are a frenzy of work and family balance, financial pressures and complex relationships. We can often fail to see the positives in life. We can be guilty of being over analytical of past events, self-critical and at times too caught up in what the future may hold. There can be too many rules, guidelines and routines that can become barriers, which limit us from reaching our true potential. We do these things without pause to enjoy the present, to live in the now. For example, after a day at work have you realised as you pull into the garage you don’t recall the drive home? Have you sat down to enjoy your cup of tea and a chocolate biscuit to then notice you have finished the packet? These types of actions are things we do on autopilot without thinking, without being mindful of the present moment, our emotions or the signs our bodies gives us. The benefits of practicing Mindfulness may include: • Lower levels of stress. • Greater clarity and self-acceptance • Better control over our emotions and behavior in challenging situations • Increased creativity • Weight loss • Improved sleep patterns • Mindfulness may even improve your golf swing or yoga pose So stimulate your mind to be thoughtful in what you express and how you feel, colour as an example has an amazing vibration of expression. We are surrounded by colour every day, the food we eat, home furnishings and even the clothes we wear are an expression of our mood or emotions. But do we notice what emotions or sensations we experience when selecting a t-shirt or eating a particular food? Everything that feeds Mindfulness has expression. Enlightenment is Mindfulness. It is the key to love. Love creates fulfilment in your journey, it dissolves emotions including guilt, grief, fear and anger. Love is an expression of health and harmony. Therefore, Mindfulness is not just achieving a calm and self-aware state of mind; it is feeding your thoughts with desires and a new approach to living. My guides view it as a natural respect to you and others, which in the end promotes your creativity, intuition and personal growth. If you have any comments or tips on how you practice Mindfulness I’d love to hear your thoughts. |
