Success, what it is can often be perceived differently by all individuals. Please take a brief moment to think about how you define success.
What success have you achieved in your life and what is it you hope to achieve?
Is it the attainment of material wealth, social status, power, honours or the like?
Is it the accomplishment of a long held goal e.g; that elusive degree, good health, happy family life, stable career, fulfilment of a long awaited adventure or a combination of any of the above?
Being comfortable in who you are and feeling inspired everyday, to live every moment of your life to the fullest is a fundamental key to success. Understanding others and choosing to connect with people who make you feel great and enrich your life's journey and purpose is also necessary, as is a state of mind where you can centre your thoughts to project your dreams, needs and desires.
I find success is simply moving forward in life, growing as a person and being determined to experience new opportunities, even if it involves a few hiccups along the way. Success is often the achievement of a balanced life. It is important to surround yourself with positivity as this stimulates your self worth and motivation, fuelling your desire to succeed in reaching your goals, whatever they may be.
"In order to succeed, your desire for success should be greater then your fear of failure". - Bill Crosby
